Official Voting Rules for the

2024 Virgelia Productions Pageants

Due to technical issues we’ve encountered in some of your voting links, we have decided to extend the deadline to Wednesday, November 13, 11:59pm.

 

VOTES AND VOTE PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

The outcome of this competition shall not be subject to dispute or challenge.

The following terms (the “Official Voting Rules”) govern voting during specified periods for the 2024 Virgelia Productions Pageants (the “Pageants”). Note that these rules are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Virgelia Productions, Inc ( the “Producer, VPI”) .

Voting Eligibility

Employees of Producer, its affiliated companies, and their immediate families (spouses, partners, children, siblings, and parents) are ineligible to vote. Virgelia Productions, Inc may select winners of additional honorific awards in certain categories that will not be eligible for voting.   1. Voting Methods, Availability, and Limits

During the Voting Windows, fans may vote online by visiting the Online Voting site at https://virgeliaproductions.com/ To access the Online Voting site directly, visit https://virgeliaproductions.com/cast-your-votes/ or click the People’s Choice banner on the website.

Once on the Online Voting Site, register with login credentials or an e-mail address, confirm acceptance of the Official Voting Rules, and agree to the website’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Select the name of any contestant and click “Submit” to vote. During the Official Voting Window, log in and vote by clicking on your selection. You can place as many votes as you choose for that contestant.

The Producer reserves the right to reject votes from individuals who do not abide by the rules or who tamper with the voting process. Certain Voting Method limits and restrictions may not be enforceable due to limitations on tracking misuses.

  1. Voting Windows

Voting may be available during multiple Voting Windows as specified in these rules. Additional Voting Windows may be added, or existing ones changed, as determined by the Producer and announced accordingly.

  1. Cost of Voting

Each vote is subject to a $5.00 fee plus a 3% processing fee. The Producer entities reserve the right to change pricing at any time, including the potential creation of voting packages. Standard Internet access charges and data rates may apply, including app download and usage charges.

All votes are NONREFUNDABLE.

  1. Selection of Winners

The nominee with the highest number of valid votes will be deemed the potential winner. In case of technical difficulties or tie votes, the Producer reserves the right to make the final determination. VPI also reserves the right to disqualify any finalist or potential winner for adverse publicity or actions deemed inappropriate by VPI.

  1. Disclaimers

VPI and their respective entities and agents are not responsible for technical malfunctions, miscommunications, or other issues affecting the voting process. If voting is disrupted, VPI reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including disqualification of votes and terminating or suspending voting. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for damages or errors related to voting. Votes cast outside the applicable geographic area may be counted despite preventative measures.

  1. Conditions for Voting

By voting, you agree to be bound by these rules and not to use unofficial services to cast votes. VPI reserves the right to disqualify votes from individuals using automated means or otherwise tampering with the process. Nominees who incentivize votes may be disqualified. VPI is not responsible for device damages from voting. They reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue voting at any time.

Votes and vote payments are not refundable.

7. Dispute Resolution

These rules are governed by California law, and disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles. Unresolved disputes will be subject to final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS Los Angeles Mediation, Arbitration and ADR Services. Remedies for claims are limited to actual damages, excluding punitive, consequential, or incidental damages.

  1. Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any term of these rules does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the rules will remain in effect.
